All appointments must be booked through Booksy.

When booking, a 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your total. 
This amount is not refundable, and only transferable when appointment is rescheduled while abiding policies.

We understand things happen. Should you need to cancel or  your appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advanced to avoid a late cancellation charge.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please use Booksy to reschedule at least 24 hours before appointment or text 773-999-1853 for assistance.
*Deposits are non-refundable, please reschedule before the 24 hour mark to avoid losing your deposit. 

Cancellations/Reschedules that break the above policies will result in the forfeit of the original deposit and a fee amounting to 20% of the missed service added to your next appointment. 

 Any no-show appointments without a notice or communication are subject to a fee amounting to 50 percent of scheduled service. 

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If there are any adjustments that need to be made please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections for your satisfaction.

This establishment enforces a strict NO refund policy and NO accepted disputes. Deposits are non refundable and services will not be refunded.
